Time-frame:
As a general rule a standard document can be translated within 24 hours while non-standard documents may need longer. CNSST will always attempt to deliver translations within the time frame, but reserves the right to adjust the time frame in accordance with the availability of resources.
In all cases you must pay the fee first before we will begin translating. The only exception to this is in the case of a reputable business that can be billed on a monthly basis.
