Driver Licence Support and Training
CNSST “Yi Lu Ping An” Driving school is proudly partnered with MSD to deliver driver licence support programme to our community. This programme is aiming at helping our vulnerable people in our community who has low passing rate, or limited access to resource and support to get their licence. The programme is aiming to promote safe driving in our communities as safter the driver, safer on our roads. It in the meantime, will increase the chances of employment and therefore having an overall social and economic benefits to our community.
Since 2023, we have helped nearly 1,000 customers, with a very high pass rate and work efficiency. It has made a wide impact in the community, promoting employment and raising awareness of safe driving, which in turn has improved road safety along with social and economic benefits.
Our driving instructors are conscientious and responsible. They are top performing instructors with coaching qualifications from the New Zealand Transport Agency, approved by CNSST Foundation and they have many years of teaching experience. The programme has received large number of positive reviews. Many clients sent us heart felt messages to thank us for our help and often come back to enrol for their next licence needs or introduce their friends to our programme.

Basic Enrolment Criteria
– New Zealand citizen or resident visa holders
– Be over 16 years of age
– It is legally permissible to obtain a Class 1 driver’s license
– Signed registration form and MSD Privacy and Eligibility Declaration Form
– To be finally approved by MSD
